Getting started: Fees and services

Engaging in psychotherapy is a commitment, and before making this decision I advise an initial consultation process where you can tell me more about yourself and what has brought you to consider analytic psychotherapy. You can get a sense of how I work and together we can decide if this is the best way forward for you- if it isn’t felt to be suitable, I will think with you about what else might be supportive.

If you decide to start psychotherapy, the initial consultation process will also consider the frame of the therapy including the frequency of sessions, the timetable, fees, and policy around breaks.

Regular psychotherapy sessions last for 50 minutes, and the fee is from £60-£65. Sessions are primarily in person but online can be considered if access is difficult. My consulting room is ground floor access, close to Seven Dials, Hove. This is close to Brighton station and is well served by bus routes. There is paid parking on local roads.
